swisco coil balance in bathroom windows
The bath room window opens by sliding up, but instantly slides back down again. Which part do we need to replace? My swisco coil balance part is PAT 5,353,548 WINDOWS SIZE 26(W)INCH * 22(H)INCH (Double Strength Insulated Glass)

vinyl window shoe and balance

Coil Balance installation
I have a 35 lb window double hung tilt sash window that will not stay open. Each side of the window uses three series 180 coils, one 15-087 and two 15-086 tandem housings (coils appear to be marked 6 lb / 6 lb / 7 lb - so it should provide a total balance weight for ~ 38 lbs). How to assemble S180-4 coil balance system
Purchased 15-087 Coil Housing Pivots, 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing, and S180-4 4lb Series 180 Coil Balances. I just don't know how to put them together correctly or install them in the window.

Window balances and pin
Don't know the brand of windows. They were installed approx. 25 years ago. All custom made. I need at least a dozen sets of the attached balances. Also, the pins at the bottom of the window need to be replaced. A pic is also attached.

What goes with 15-087?
I looked up the window balancer via the patent number. Your web site came up. The 15-087 appears to be what I need. I am unsure of the coil spring. Also the pivot bar is completely risted off. I do not see the part number for that. I had to order the sash spreader to remove the balancers. Is there a ... (cont.)

I have two Traco double hung windows that do not stay up. The balance is broken. Its a coil that sprung out and now I have to use a rod to keep the two windos open. I am looking for replacement parts. I need the tilt sash lock in the photos and also the correct coil spring. The pivot shoe holds the coil and can be reused. See photos. correct balance parts & hardware
will be mailing sample of part [ balance ] to designated address. The window weighs 10 lbs. and measures 27 1/2 w X 23 1/4 H and doublw insul glass. Once part has been determined we will order parts for @ 6 windows.We will need the spreaders,as well.

window spring from a unit sold at lowes in 2007. heli coil spring is what is broken
I'm trying to help a neighbor repair a window spring which is broken. I think the company who made the spring has gone out of buisness. I think it might be invision. pivot shoes not locking when sash is removed
I purchased the coil housing pivot (15-087). When installed, it does not lock in place when the window sash is removed. Are there internal parts missing? If so, what else do I need to buy to make this work? (I have the coil) Thank you.

I have been searching for these replacement parts. However my dimensions are off. I am coming up with an 1" to 1 1/8" x 1/2" thick your parts are an 1 1/4" will these work I have attached a picture. Also can you explain how the tandem housing is used thankyou.
