Can you identify these parts and where to get them?

I have Peter Kohler windows in my condo. They were made in 2002. The serial number is 307266002. The balances and pivot bars on the bottom sash broke. I am attaching photos. The window is 37 by 55 inches. Would you have these parts?

First question, does the product include the spring? Also, does it say #7

A counterbalance in one of our vinyl, tilt out windows broke recently. The dimensions of the balance are 2.5" tall, 3/4" wide and 1/5" deep. My coil balance has a double coil. Patent number 5.353.548. The cam does not allow the sash to be lifted out. This balancing pivot has a US patent number of 5353548

This is the shoe I removed from window Patent # 5.353.548. Coil has 623W on it. I am looking to see what you would recommend to replace these with.

4 inches in length, 1 inch wide by 9/16 deep. I picture shows the part separated/broken. The other picture shows the part unbroken. Need to find the replacement parts if they are available. Thank you, Lynn

Vinyl windows were made in Canada and now not available. Need help determining which window sash balance mechanism I need. Do you have any thoughts on how to repair the area the pivot bar screw to?
