My coil balance has a double coil. Patent number 5.353.548. The cam does not allow the sash to be lifted out. Best I can tell, two screws must be removed from the bottom of the sash to remove the pivot arm. Also is there any way to purchase new top and bottom rails for vinyl windows? The su ... (cont.)

I've attached 4 photos I took of the window parts I need to order for a Viking Tilt Window. If I could get two of each part for each side of the window that would be great. This is the shoe I removed from window Patent # 5.353.548. Coil has 623W on it. I am looking to see what you would recommend to replace these with.

4 inches in length, 1 inch wide by 9/16 deep. I picture shows the part separated/broken. The other picture shows the part unbroken. Need to find the replacement parts if they are available. Thank you, Lynn

Vinyl windows were made in Canada and now not available. Need help determining which window sash balance mechanism I need. Do you have any thoughts on how to repair the area the pivot bar screw to?
