Good Morning,My name is Dennis. My client Chris has asked me to replace the window coils in her bathroom.

Double Hung vinyl window. Are parts shown in picture available? Is the sash available - have broken bottom sash piece at bottom of window where pivot pin is located

We have tall double hung Viking window each panel about 18" W x35" H. I don't know how heavy, but I guess about 10-12lbs each, possibly more. my window doesn't stay up. it has coil balance shoe. The spring has broken. I would like to replace the broken shoe. However I can't remove the sash from window frame by tilt the sash 90 degree. the shoe has no open top. How can I replace the broken show? Thanks

I am pretty sure a 15-087 housing will work for me, but I'm not sure about what coil spring to use. The old one has "527X" etched on it. What would be the correct replacement? Thank You, Art

Just watched your video on replacing coil balance. When we opened up the channel, found that there is no opening to slide anything up to that will allow removal of parts. It is a solid channel top to bottom. Our coil detached and the window will not stay up. This is a CertainTeed window in our kitc ... (cont.)
