I'm trying to help a neighbor repair a window spring which is broken. I think the company who made the spring has gone out of buisness. I think it might be invision. I have sent several pictures of the spring. I will have to take the window apart to get the spring out. Need to know if you can sel ... (cont.)

Need several of these. Both left and right. Our windows were installed at least 15 years ago by BEST windows here in New Jersey. I;ve also ordered 10 sets of Tilt Window latches.

how is the proper way to install pivot? do you leave the screw loss so that it lines up with the spring holes or do I put a spacer under the screw. thank you

I purchased the coil housing pivot (15-087). When installed, it does not lock in place when the window sash is removed. Are there internal parts missing? If so, what else do I need to buy to make this work? (I have the coil) Thank you.

I have been searching for these replacement parts. However my dimensions are off. I am coming up with an 1" to 1 1/8" x 1/2" thick your parts are an 1 1/4" will these work I have attached a picture. Also can you explain how the tandem housing is used thankyou.

Will this Coil Housing Pivot work with Pivot Bar 26-068? This bar seems to be what I have. (5/16" x 3/16" end) I beleive I have the Series 180, but on mine where the Pivot Bar goes is Light Blue like your Pivot Shoe 15-015 instead of Black. If it won't work, please steer me in the right direction! ... (cont.)

The metal coil broke on both sides of the lower of a double hung window. I can figure out the part I need on your site (series 180, 6lb coil)but I can't see how to remove the bottom part of the mechanism (the rest of the coil encased in plastic) from the side channel of the frame. Yes, the coil sits freely in the housing, clipped to the shoe at the bottom of the channel.
