Hi. I bought my house two years ago, the house is 23 years old with original windows in it that don't work well. I am trying to replace the window balances and the window balance shoes. Need 4 longer and 4 shorter balances and boots. The current have been baked by the sun to the point of crumbling.

Hi there, not sure what parts I need to get. THe diameter of the balance is 9/16", the length is 37" on the tube only. No weight indicated on window, when I measure the sash, it weights 39.5 lbs the balance and this little plastic thing is broken on both sides of this window thanks ... (cont.)

Bottom glass of the window: Spring tub length 37in. Tube diameter 1/2 in. Pivo shoe length 2in. Pivot shoe wide 1-1/4 in. See picture. Part Upper glass of the window: Spring tub length 35in shorter then the lower glass Others measurements are the same as the bottom one

I talked to your customer service representative today and she suggested I email you this picture. I need to replace the balances for my hurricane windows. The circular case is just over 37" long and the metal spiral part is just over 37" long. It appears to be black on the end. The windows are ext ... (cont.)

I would like to ask you (1) to please identify the window manufacturer of the frame shown in the photo. (2) I need to order pivot shoes and spiral balances for several of these windows and I think the S600-37 black tip spiral balance is right for my windows and the 15-046 shoe looks like my current ... We are trying to determine which shoe we should order to replace this part. We need to order a LOT, basically for all our windows so want to get the right one the first time. The window balances are red tip 37" 5/8" wide. Can you help identify this shoe? Thanks, Dana

The window I am working on is a Champion manufactured window. The window weighs 40 pounds. Currently the window has a red tip spiral counter balance. Hi, I'm looking into replacing some spiral balances on aluminum Nuprime windows from around the late 60's-early 70's for a church. If I provide measurements do you have replacement parts for these types of windows?

I have to change the spiral balance rod I am ordering 37 inch series 600 but have no idea what else I need. It looks like what you call a pivot shoe mine is metal broke. What size do i order?
