S795-15 15" Series 795 Channel Balance

I belive i have a series 795 channel balance and a amesburytruth 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Open Cam. My question is with the length i need to order we with the balance. Is it the overall length with the hardware or is it just the channel? Its marked with a 14 but the length of the channel is 15" ... (cont.)

I have AWS windows that have a hook at the top of the balance. The window frame has a rectangular slot, not square. Would you all be able to offer any advice or quote me a 27C balance with a hook instead of the screw top? I need 8 ea of those 27C with a hook and 2 ea 15C with a hook. Balance is a s ... (cont.)

This is a 15 inch balance, with a hook at one end and the shoe at the other. This balance has two issues. First the spring is no longer attached and under tension. The second issue is the bottom of the shoe (both plastic and metal) has broken. I'm going to need a whole new balance, but none of ... (cont.)

Hi, I need 16 of the attached window balances with shoes and pins for the panes. They measure 1/2" by 27". Half of them are stamped 27A and the other half stamped 27B. I assume that means Left/Right side. Neither the windows nor the balance assemblies have any other identifying names, model/serial ... (cont.)

Hi This window is in my bathroom, since 2010. markings include 14-3. 15" rail, Phillip screw thru top eyelid. I have well water, so over time one side corroded.
