Hello. I have this same style of window with the same Andersen operator. Is there an easy way to replace the 39-281 shoe on the operator?

Good morning - I have a circa 1980 andersen casement windows that have 9 3/8" straight arm openers on them. Do you sell just the guide on the end of the operator that slides on the window rail?

Hi- We have an older Anderson crank window. The plastic piece that sits in the track and slides when the crank is turned has cracked. The photo is of the window on the right -- it's the window on the left that needs help. This is a single-arm mechanism (looks like 9 3/8 inches). I need help identifying the parts I need so I don't have to return them. This is a rental and I don't live near there.

The plastic clip at the end of the operator arm (grasps the rail on the window) broke. Can I replace that end only, or do I need to replace the entire operator mechanism? If the entire mechanism, where do I find the part number on the original piece?Thank you,Andy

Hi This shows the broken clip sitting on the white painted portion of the window. The crank is still working. The only way I can close the window is to remove the screen and pull in with my fingers. How do I get the old rivet out of the shoe 39-281 part number. And how does the new rivet set in. Does it take a special tool thank you

Andersen operator the plastic piece is broken trying to identify whether plastic piece can be replaced or if a new operator is needed. Any help would be appreciated. The arm reads Andersen window walls bay port miniapolis 53003.

I see the shoes are replaceable of these operators. I need the square operator shoe for the older Anderson operators. I see this one is removable. Can you find the square shoe that matches the 7073R and 7073L Operators?
