Do you have the small rectangular piece of plastic that snaps into the interior face of these windows? It doesn?t seem to have a purpose, just a cap.

Hi I have vinyl double hung casement windows that apparently used to have original vent locks, many of which are missing. I'd like to order replacements, are the sizes fairly standard or do i need to measure each window? Also, the placement of these vent locks allow the window to open only about 2 ... (cont.)

Windows were installed over 15 yrs ago??? No identification on windows to indicate mfgr. Missing multiple sash stops. Would like to replace. Thank you for your help.

This is a sash stop on a white vinyl double hung window approximately 25 Year?s old can you tell me what part # you recommend

Images are the slot in the window and the remains of the 2 vent stops. The size of the slot is 1.0626 x .1875. Could you provide me which vent stops would work. I would like to open the new part bag and insert new stops. Thank you

My vinyl windows were installed around 2003 and the "night latch"es have cracked, and many are missing. Do you have a suitable replacement. Sticker on inside of window is also attached.

We need to replace the window safety stop locks, which should be easy. They are plastic and are basically fall apart when touched. More importantly, the tilt shoes are falling apart. Note: This plastic part is in the top window and when opened it only allows bottom window to open about 6 inches. Handwritten number on window is 789 B-1 Aluminum window installed maybe 30 years ago. I would like 1 dozen Thank You Very Much, Jim J
