Part number on crank is C9400-1. The suggested replacement in reading through the forums here doesn't have the same measurements for the arm length. Please help in figuring out the correct part. Thanks - Bob

The plastic bracket that holds the window to the arm broke so the window will now not open using the hand crank. The one picture shows the piece that is broken and the other window shows the white plastic piece in tact on a different window.

Casement window, handle wont turn

The cover to the assembly says "Andersen" Some more relevant info in the pics as well I need to replace the whole assembly. It seems as if something is stripped. Crank handles are missing and internals are stripped out. Window serial 83013001 Stamp on bottom of crank is F-9400-8A

If you are looking at my anderson casement window from the inside and the right side of the window is the part that needs to be replaced would this be considered a right or left side crank assembly by anderson..is it 39-146 or 39-147? Hello, I need to replace the worn down hand crank, and the cover that goes over the crank assembly. I don't think I need the entire assembly, and I believe the spindle itself is still OK, it just the crank is worn down. Any help much appreciated.
