I have a broken latch I'm trying to replace. The photo above is the good one. The measurements are as follows: 2" screw to screw 3 1/2" overall length 1" wide 3/4" from latch side to screw hole

Left and right latches needed. Add to spring request.

Looking for this part they broke left and right side of window. Only identifier is the 525

This item sits on top of window and holds window into each side frame. It can be released so window can tip inwards so outer glass can be cleaned. I need about 10. I may have already submitted this request. I called Customer Service and nothing would connect. Thank you.

Screw holes are 2" apart, width is 3/4", length is 2 7/8" mounts from the top and sets into the window. I dont see anything that matches on

Circa 2002 better-built tilt window, rectangle part approximately 2 3/4 inch x 1 1/4 inch. Marking says "RAISE SASH 2" MINIMUM TO TILT" - "TILT" written diagonally. Thank you!!!

Need to find the right size lock for my windows

The latch broke this morning when we opened the window for cleaning. The entire part is 4" from end to tip of catch. The screw holes are 2 inches apart

Do you have this size 3 1/16 x 1 1/2

I don't have any pictures of them removed. I'm looking for both the catches and lock.

Hello I need help with a replacement tilt latch to replace the one that is currently broken. The color is an almond/beige and it is a left hand latch. Can you please recommend me the correct part?

I need right and left Window latch L-307 I think other side is 305 not sure L means left. Sizde of latxches you have are not as long , would like to match existing screw holes. Would appreciate any possibilities

The one part sit on top of the tilt windows and makes a right seal. . The other part prevents the window from opening too wide. This part is dry rot

The first and last picture is the tilt sash latch, the 2nd and 3rd is the leg that goes into the shoe located at the bottom of the operable window sash.
