We are the original owners of a Toll Brothers home built in 1989 in Dresher, PA (Dublin Hunt). We are having numerous problems in cranking open and close our windows. I attach a picture. Numbers on handle are 60-c-7041-62 I believe it is an Anderson window as I saw Anderson stamped in the edging on the screen. I called Anderson and they said they did not have this part???? sirs please help me identify and locate this window crank out handle. The difference between this one and others is the fact that this one has hexagon shaft built into the handle as opposed to being attached to thje operator itself. Looking for replacement handles for Andersen casement windows installed between 1972-1975. Splines are worn out of existing. Bore is 3/8. Looks like your #39-286, but slightly longer. I have this operator on a vinyl replacement window. I would like to use this unit on an Andersen wood awning window from the 1960's. It's 41" wide x 18" high. For this window crank,39-146, do you have the wing nut style crank as opposed to crank 39-286.

do I need any extra parts to replace existing operator with 39-389 kit? thanks Chris
