Stall doors in terrible shape. I'm considering purchasing a few latch "fix it kits" (10-401). The biggest problem will probably be removing the old concealed latch assembly. Hello, I have a concealed door knob and latch that has a piece of the door latch broken (see images). I don't think there is another door latch i can use to replace current?? The pic is of the now exposed cam mechanism. Door is 1". Diam of hole is 1 1/2". distance from door edge to hole edge is 1 3/4". What is manufacturer/what do we need? Thanks so much!!

Can this latch be used with a solid 1" thick wood partition door? Do you have installation instructions available?
