Hello. Looking for replacement part. It’s the plastic piece in the track the arm is attached to

I want to replace the lever lock handles, but the screw holding each in is stripped or covered in paint. I do not know how to remove the cover for the crank mechanism, and there is no screw holding the T-handle on. Windows and cranks work beautifully.

There are no markings that I can see. The windows are 48 years old and I THINK they are Pella but not sure. I need 1 left open and 2 right open. I also need 3 window cranks ..... gold/ copper not white. thank you

I need a window crank for old wooden window

Hi, I am a contractor attempting to repair and replace several Pella window cranks in a customer's house. These cranks are currently not functioning to open or close the window. Can you help to direct me to the correct part?

Windows blow open/ closed when partially open. Loose, worn mechanisms. No identification numbers on casement windows or mechanisms.

Looking for this small brown piece in the bottom corner of the window. It keeps the corner of the window up and in place and sliding smoothly with the shoe hinge but doesn't look like it's attached to the hinge.

This Pella Casement window does not close properly. Does not hook on to lock. Crank mechanism is broken and missing the arms that connect it to window. No closure, except by hand on the inside of house. Up too high to close from outside. This window is lacking an upper lock as well. Thank you fi ... (cont.)

I am seeking replacement hardware for 4 Pella casement windows - IGCC CBA 3-97, IGMAC CIG-2. I hope to get all new cranks, locks, arms, etc.

I have a broken casement window operator. The only ID on the window is stamped on the sill track & is R 902 WC. This is an egress window and the dimensions are greater than the operator I've seen on this site. Photos follow - Thanks in advance if you can be of help.
