Attached pix show a window that will not stay up. Its partner window works fine. I would like to know if you can match the spring cartridges from the pix. Coil issue?
Coil has number 8 stamped on it. All parts seem operable but window is still falling. I'm assuming coil has failed. Can you tell me which coil I'll need for replacement? Thanks

Looking to replace three window balances in MI windows they measure 34 1/2" high and 33" wide the springs are broken on the balances and they have a number 740 stamped on them . Figuring out correct replacement
33.5x16" window. Single coil on each side. 1" opening where coil balance is. I cannot find any markings on the existing coil or any brand/description. The window will not stay open, as it appears that the coil snapped. Any help is appreciated!
