Hello! I have a sash that would not stay open and discovered the shoe on the right hand side cracked into 3 pieces. I can see a number "8" carved into the spring just over the screw from the side view. What parts would you recommend? Thank you! Wellesley

Can you find replacement parts for double hung window ?

My window no longer stays open anymore. It just slams shut so I decided to troubleshoot. I see a 9 engraved on the coil. The bottom hook part of my coil balancers are broken it appears. This is for my single hung windows that tilt in.

Thought I would have to replace window, UT now hoping I can repair. Builder-grade window from when house was new (2006). Lower sash. Clips are broken on top rail, the right spring is broken, and there is some kind of seal pulled out from the glass at the bottom of the pane. I'm hoping your expe ... (cont.)

We usually use "96m Constant Force Balance System #7 or 740" that is what we have ordered and its very generic off of amazon. This does not seem to be the correct weight for some of the windows we have and I am completely unsure how to go up in weight. Like what do I order.

Windows won't stay up and house inspector told us it's because of these balancers. Do you carry these if they are indeed the balancers?
