I have Certainteed double hung replacement windows in my house. Recently, this balance system broke. Looking from the inside, the device is on the left side top window. The number ?632? is etched into each coil and they are 1/2? wide. The only information that I found in the windows is: Duralite Tm ... (cont.)

Need the pivot shoe and the metal pegs that go in bottom of window that sit into ahoe

Hi! Something broke on one of the sides of my window. Not sure what broke but a friend suggested a coil. That is how I found this website. I can unlock and open the window but it will not stay up. The steel spring on one of my counter weight snapped. The shoe that holds it also broke. I know you care the part but don?t know what coil length is needed? Any thoughts? See photo.
