I replaced my sash balancer from a number 11600-17 I could make out on the balancer with a 24-531. It fit but the lower unit will not hold in the open position. After removal of the old balancer I can now make out other numbers which are: BD7 7/27 985 Did I get the correct replacement part?? ... (cont.)

I can't find a number that matches what I see in your catalog. Here are the numbers that I found: D33 7427 685 11600-17 The window is a narrowline 2446. Can you help? Thanks, Terry S

I gathered the following numbers on the windows I need replacement parts for. D79 7#27597 for one window ( both sides) BC5 6#31287 for 2 windows (both sides) C42 6#31687 for one window (both sides) Let me know what to order.

Purchased three sets of balances from you in 2015 and two of them do not hold up the lower sash. Can you tell me if the replacements were the correct ones.
