I gathered the following numbers on the windows I need replacement parts for. D79 7#27597 for one window ( both sides) BC5 6#31287 for 2 windows (both sides) C42 6#31687 for one window (both sides) Let me know what to order.

Purchased three sets of balances from you in 2015 and two of them do not hold up the lower sash. Can you tell me if the replacements were the correct ones. The numbers on my sash balancer are d15 7 27 r71 it measures 61/4 inches long by 2/34 wide by 3/4 deep The window was installed in 1972. Do you have one in stock?

Hi, looking for Anderson sash balances for our double hung Anderson windows. The existing balance appears to have "725" among its numbers. The window glass on the lower sash measures 28-7/16" x 19-15/16". Which balances do you recommend?

Can you tell me if you carry or can identify Andersen balances by these numbers: 07489-10S-L-050 07489-7/37-050 And the last one has 11600-17 and H45-*1090 stamped on it.
