The screw mechanism "retaining ring" (?) has popped out. Unable to screw it back in as the threads that held it in are stripped. Being from the South even tried JB Weld Epoxy & that did not hold either. No one around here seems to know what to do & they recommend replacing the whole window. ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace this window crank that was installed in 1991.

I have an awning style casement window that i need a new operator for, as the retaining nut will not thread back onto the operator. I believe it is a K&K window, but cant be sure. Hello, we are looking for this Marvin Awning Operator, the arm length is 9-1/2" and it has a pivot shoe on the end that connects to a rail on the bottom of the sash. Please let us know if you have this. Along with the crank handle. Thank you.
