Hello, we are looking for this Marvin Awning Operator, the arm length is 9-1/2" and it has a pivot shoe on the end that connects to a rail on the bottom of the sash. Please let us know if you have this. Along with the crank handle. Thank you.

Need a replacement Fred

The part that the crank handle attaches to, (looks like a bolt, or screw) is coming out and you can turn it to open the window but when you try to close, it pops right out of the mechanism.

I have an old window with no marking as to manufacturer. Inside crank hole is stripped. Window will not open or close with crank. I have not been able to remove the handle cover to view the handle hardware. I think I need a new crank mechanism. Thanks for your help. Do I need to get all new hardware ... (cont.)

I have several Norco Awning windows and some of the operators are getting worn out. Attached are pictures of one still working. Hello, I took out one of my awning windows to put in an ac unit, and a tiny piece of hardware slid out of the side. Whatever the piece is, it keeps the arms of the window attached to the bottom. I need to replace a worn out crank that appears identical to this one, but need a stud shoe and clip for my track. Do you carry such an operator? All measurements are identical, as demonstrated.

I have a customer that has a Marvin awning window and needs a new crank out for it. They're missing the snap clips to hold the arms on the window.
