Hello, I took out one of my awning windows to put in an ac unit, and a tiny piece of hardware slid out of the side. Whatever the piece is, it keeps the arms of the window attached to the bottom. Truth dual operating arm #40012 It is the bracket that is attached to the end of the arm and it slides within the tube track that is attached to the bottom of the window.

Window was installed in 1990. It is a center drive, it has two arms on it. I don't need the crank but would like everything elso.

Hello, I am looking for a replacement operator, crank, and track. Operator Model 45251. Operator Arm (p/n 40049) is 9-1/2" from pivot to pivot. Sash Track Extrusion measures 12-7/8".
