Need a replacement Fred

The part that the crank handle attaches to, (looks like a bolt, or screw) is coming out and you can turn it to open the window but when you try to close, it pops right out of the mechanism.

I have an old window with no marking as to manufacturer. Inside crank hole is stripped. Window will not open or close with crank. I have not been able to remove the handle cover to view the handle hardware. I think I need a new crank mechanism. Thanks for your help. Do I need to get all new hardware ... (cont.)

I have several Norco Awning windows and some of the operators are getting worn out. Attached are pictures of one still working. Hello, I took out one of my awning windows to put in an ac unit, and a tiny piece of hardware slid out of the side. Whatever the piece is, it keeps the arms of the window attached to the bottom. Truth dual operating arm #40012 It is the bracket that is attached to the end of the arm and it slides within the tube track that is attached to the bottom of the window.

Window was installed in 1990. It is a center drive, it has two arms on it. I don't need the crank but would like everything elso.
