I've chosen your S380-30, but the only difference is the top isn;t exactly the same, measurements are are but the length is a little longer of yours. do you know if this will still work? Am looking for couple of unbroken TOP SASH GUIDE. When I measured the Unbroken Top Sash, it was approx 2.4cm = 0.94 inch across. It seems a good part would be PGT TOP SASH GUIDE(Product Code: 18-015) but I wanted to confirm with you. Thanks.

The top sash guide on my Kinco window (installed in 2005) broke and the balance is now exposed. The number on the balance is 29-4 EA2 CMC 12. Can you provide the part number for a replacement balance with the sash guides included?

one of my window channel balance spring snap and the bottom guide fell apart. I also found out one of the top sash guide also broke. the channel balance is stamp 1540 and look closest to your S380 line base on the top and bottom guides. The channel is 29" long. I need four channels and 8 window channel guides

the two window lifts clip broke had a tough time removing the window. i need the clip that holds the window lifts in place. also the two window clasp / handles broke. the two silver clasps are out but i still have them. the window decal should be able to identify the window type thanks ... (cont.)

The shoe measures 1 1\16". I have the same size I all my windows. they have never been used so they have no ware. I ordered your S380-30 and your 18-166 sash guides and the balance slips by when closing.do you know what my problem is?
