I need new parts for my window to help with the channel balances. I've attached photos to help identify the window parts I need.

Can't find an exact match...can maybe use one with screw hole in lower body?...or sand to fit? I need 10 of these. Spoke to Ben on the phone. Help! Thanks, Scott.

I purchased the sash guides 18-115, 18-064, 18-009 and 18-036 in hopes that one of them would be the correct one that I need. They were not. I have attached photos and a sketch of the one that I need. Can you assist in helping select the correct sash guide. Thank you very much.

I need to replace my window balance and sash channel guide. I think I found the correct balance part, but I would like to verify. The part is 1/2 inch, which I identified as S350-31. I don't know the brand of the channels but the numbers are 2830 8s TR the windows keep coming of the chanel, I believe the plastic ends are worn. Can you please point me to the right ones.

Hi, As I was opening my window, the clips that allow the sash to rest on the balance springs broke and the balance springs shot upwards in the channel. The measurement for the guide on another window has a top of 7/8 by 1/2. I don't have the original sash guide. I will have to pull it off of another window and take a picture if this isn't enough information.

I have attached a picture of two sash guides. The one on the left is the original hard white plastic. The one on the right is the clear nylon replacement I got. Unknown brand top sash guide

Hi, I have several windows cannot hold when lifted, it slides down immediately. I found a plastic part at the top corner is broken, the one I showed in the picture is a good one. Can you help me find the piece? Thanks, Kevin
