The white ones pictured are replacements and seem somewhat new-ish. Though I'm looking for Black Nylon if Ic an find them for a reasonable price point. Top hole looks to be 3/16 on center from the top. Bottom hole looks to be about 1

The sash guides (4) that I received with my order #1000911, are to big. When installed I couldn't put the sash back. I joint a picture of the one I need to replace the broken. Please send me 4 sash guide as per the picture, Couldn't not find in the catalog which one it is.

The bsi number is 2990 38 The sash is 501/2 in wide by301/2 in It weighs 30 to 35 lbs I think

The channel balance has broke off the above cap. Can you advise? There are no marking on the window or channel.

House was built in 2004 by Mercedes Homes (Florida), I need to replace 2 non-tilt channel balances. Marking on side is: 29 9 FX CMC 7, they are 30" long (excluding feet)and 1/2" wide. 4 or the 6 tackle rods state "29-5 BA CMC 9". The other two seem to be identical but have no markings on the rods? All 6 of the metal rods measure 30". Do you have these in stock and what is the cost?

Not sure if the pictures were sent. I am in dire need of new balances on several windows. The metal portion of the balance measures 30" and is about 1/2" wide.
