18-166 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco

I need to fix a broken Channel balance and need a little help finding the correct replacement. It is stamped "20 4 FR CALDWELL". Attached are images.

I have several balances that no longer hold the window. Specifically, they do not catch the window at the low end of window. Do I need to replace the balances? Also, I have a few where the top piece has cracked off. Can you help? Image loaded shows a number on the base of the balance as 29 4 ... (cont.)

can not find a replacement for this guide would you have one that would fit? the back portion is broken off...

I need to replace a bunch of 18-166 Kimco Top Sash Guides. The channel balances them selves look okay, but since they have broken the top sash guides, do I need to replace the channel balances too or can I just lubricate them somehow to prevent busting again in the future?

I placed an order on June 28th in which I ordered, among several channel braces, 26 Top sash guides #18-009. Although this model of sash guides are the same width and the top screw hole is close to fitting they are not as long as I need and, as such, the second hole is not in the proper place. Att ... I have Kinco windows in my house and I am trying to find this part for my window. I think it mounts to the top of window sliding panel to hold bar in place. the only no.I could fined is 29 6. Can anybody help

Not necessarily. You should remove your old sash guide and compare the measurements to the measurements in the 18-166 product image to be sure that it will fit.
