This is from a Kinco Window. I believe it's 35".

I ordered and received 5/8" Top Sash Guide, Kinco (18-166). I replaced the broken ones as illustrated in the video. However, the balancers continue to force through the guides. Is there a different size guide or what else could you recommend as a solution? Robert

Hi, I need to replace the balance and guide for two different size windows. One is 33"x33 1/2" and it uses S380-32 balance. The other window is 20"X33 1/2" and I am not sure which balance I need? Hi I am looking for the top sash plastic piece from Nu Air windows. My house was built in 1978 so they are pretty old. I have enclosed a couple of pictures. If you need more pics I can send them. The sash appears to be 5/8 in wide.

I am guessing I need the following part (S810-30 29b) Can you please help me find the correct part. They are 30".

I do need a set of channel balances--my failed one measures 1/2" across by 29" in length, and are stamped "28 3 Caldwell EM". Does that mean a 29" Series 351 Channel Balance (Product Code: S351-29), #2840 is the correct sash weight range? Or, if it is 28#, should I go with the 2850? Or, woul ... (cont.)

I think your part #18-044 top sash guide is the closest thing I can find to replace broken guides on my windows. Typically the little tab that catches on the spring breaks off. However the top of my guides is 7/8 by 182, not the 7/8 by 11/16 of your part. Can I use your 18-044 as a replacement on ... (cont.)

Hello, I recently purchased a pair of S390-29 that worked great on one window but when I tried it on the other window I noticed that the sash guide was damaged. I need some help trying to identify it.I included some pictures as followed.

Having difficulty finding right sash guide. Closest to match (bottom hole used to attach to window) is 18-127. Just not sure if this will work. Also, is there a metal version? Pics attached. Thanks for any assistance.
