please review the pics attached, I have a top sash piece that I think is 18-044, I know the windows are kinco.. I got some replacements from them before they left Jacksonville. I have some 22 year old windows which use the Series 351 channel balancers....which I have ordered. The top sash guide is similar to the Model 18-009. After 10y in the sun the plastic top and shoes in one of my aluminum windows will not seat properly (end up above the window). I'm unsure why because they look OK and any ideas would be appreciated. I am repairing some older windows (at least 20 years old) and don't see an exact replacement in your inventory for my sash glide. I need to replace the 13" Channel Balances and the Top Sash Guides on my 2002 KINCO non tilt window. The balances are stamped 12 2 BSI. The top and shoe pieces are attached. It helped me replace clips at the top of my Kinco (now out of business) windows which had broken...I got the replacement clips from you as well. Couldn't have done it without you. My top sash guides are breaking as they are 10 years old and plastic. I researched your site and found two possible replacements. The spring on one of my windows is 29 3 nm BSI. I have matched my existing hardware to the #S385-30" Channel Balance with the 15-004 shoe, 19-005 top (winged), 18-166 Top sash clip, and 16-082 Take Out Clip. All measurements and details match. What option will match a channel balance with the following- 29 9 EX CMC 11?

Have 44 windows, several are failing to stay open. Reviewed balances and sashes with your pictures. The identifying part number on the balance is 29 BSI (actually it's 29 5 BSI, the 5 is spaced apart). I think the correct part # is S380-30 (could be S390-30?) with a #19-005 top and #15-005 ... This shoe has the same dimensions as the 18-166 except that the top is is 7/8" thick instead of 1/2" thick, and the bottom is 7/16" thick instead of 5/16" thick. Please tell me if the 18-166 will work since it is the one that is closest to mine.

the channel balances on either side of my windows are "stopped" by the piece. This is screwed into the window not the frame. The dimensions of the piece are 1 7/16 x 5/8 x 1/2" (at it's deepest part.) Was wondering if you stock these? Thanks, Andre
