Do you carry these balances and top sash guides?

Need window parts identified so I can order parts. Sending more pics in 2nd post....

I have the balance out and but that's not the issue. What is the issue is the plastic clips on the upper corners of the window itself which keeps pressure on the balance. They are both broken as you can see in the attached photos. Do you sell these?

This part broke on the window itself. The channel balance appears to be in working order, but the part on the window broke, and so it doesn't "catch" the balance when the window is being lowered. Im looking to replace the current channel balances I have. I looked on the website and saw that the Series 385 was very similar to what I currently have and needed some additional guidance. Channel Balance is 30

I am in Tampa also, and it looks like the S380-30 and 2950 (30lb) is what I need for my window. Hello, this part is a plastic cap that sits on top of the window sash on each of the top corners. The cap engages with the spring, and helps to counterbalance the window. The original balance is from a Kinko non tilting window. The sash is double pane 48 x 28 and weights approximately 40-45 pounds. After searching for a while I was unable to find the attached Sash Top Guide. I can't see any stamped number but I've included the measurements in the picture.

The balance has writing that is not too clear in the picture, but says: 29 9 HW CMC 11. There are no numbers I can see on the end pieces ( I need 2 of them for the top left and right of the window.
