I spoke to someone in your sales department earlier today about problems with the balances on a Kinco window and was instructed to send photos of the number stamped on the track and the top and bottom of each end. Do you know what sash stops I should get for my windows? This is 5/8" inches across.

I need a replacement for a milgard channel balance. The number is 25DS 37. It's 27" total length. The metal portion is 25 3/4". It's 1/2" wide and the bottom plastic piece is 1" deep and has wings. See photo. Thanks you Chris

Will you please help me identify the correct replacement balance? I think the right match is a 29" Series 390 with 19-002 top and 15-002 shoe. Also, the old balance is stamped with "2810P" but the window weighs 16 pounds, so should I get the 2810 or 2820 option? I also need new top sash guid ... (cont.)

Replacing window parts in structure build in 1970s- single hung, non-tilt windows. Need (8) 18" 3/8 Balances with white tips. Also need (2) 11" 3/8 Balances with white tips. These parts are not listed on your website. What should I do? Thanks! Tom

Good afternoon - I have Kinko windows and need to replace the top sash guides. The dimension of the existing are 1 1/2 long (stepped with 2 screw holes) 5/8 wide and 1/2 on the top. Hello, I just wanted to make sure I got the right parts for my windows. My window sash is 31.5 pounds. The channel balance is 1/2 inch in width and 30 inches in length. I included pictures of the top, shoe and terminal plug. Thanks in advance!

We think this has a 19-002 top. The channel balance is marked 283 cs caldwell The top attached part and the bottom attached part are ok but we need this part that holds the channel balance in place

Can you help identify this? I don't know the window manufacturer. The windows were installed in 2001.
