I am a contractor working on a real estate transaction. You don't have these balances anymore. What is my modern replacement ? It's an open spring top with a shoe that looks like a curled claw.

Hi All, I'm in search of parts for one of my windows. Photos are from another window of the same size. Research here indicates a 28" (which it is), "B" for the weight of the sash (it weighs 16.5 pounds). The balance measures ~1/2" wide (the opening where the balance is is 1/2" and I can't pull the b ... (cont.)

I'm not sure what to use to replace the whole innards of the windows in my home. None of the "balances" look like mine. Also, as long as I know I need a pivot shoe and I know it's depth and width, does it matter which I get? I'll send photos!

Balances are 20? block and tackle. Window made in 1999 I believe the serial number is AO48316 Window size 31 1/8 x 46 1/4

Hello, I have 30 vinyl and wood double hung windows in my home that were installed in 1999. The window manufacturer is unknown. The balances are failing with the balance shoes getting stuck at the bottom of the windows. The balance lengths are 16" (8), 20" (4), 22" (16) and 28" (32) The only mar ... (cont.)

I have several plastic pcs on these double hung windows that are broken. The slider is stamped with a 20c bsi kl. I also have seen a cross ref part # 62-203-18 on some of my paperwork. I have a picture to send if necessary. Thx!
