I need this two part the handle n double hook mortise look

I have a Value Slider (manufactured in Duarte CA). The receiver part is missing so I cannot lock the door. The factory seems to be very slow in responding and it is creating a safety issue. Can you help?

Having trouble finding Dual Hook Mortise Lock For Sliding Doors face plate is 9". The mortise is not a square drive it flat. if you need more information or pictures let me know. Patio door handle pivots where connected to door frame. It unlocks by pulling handle toward you, locks pushing handle toward door. Internal screw came out on one end. The second picture shows where the piece of metal snapped off of the handle where the screw goes in. That is the only part that is broken. Do you have a replacement part for that portion?
