Have a 2010 series 5621/5631. Would like to add a lock to be able to open from the outside. Ideally a smart and/or programmable, but don't see those as options quite yet for sliders, so a key likely the best next bet...

can't find it anywhere

exterior sliding glass door, inside handle/lock mechanism broke off. Track was dirty and wear and tear of pulling handle caused it to snap off....seeing if your company has replacement part.

The inside handle broke off of our sliding door. The door is about 17 years old. We are looking for something to replace to fit the door or just the handle itself. It measures 5 inches screw to screw. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Their part # VPKDA 100 (white handle set) for sliding glass door.

Need to know if lock number 82-238 will fit a Harvey sliding door. Outside Measurements appear to be the same

Ordered one nope wrong one. Has to be a flat plate of sort.

Thank you for your help. No numbers on the lock. Has a a bar for a top and bottom latch. Lock had metal come out of it and doesn't cycle from lock to unlock.

I need to replace the entire handle I imagine.

I closed the door yesterday and a little piece of metal broke off and now I can't lock the door.
