82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock

Please help me identify this! I'm thinking possible 82-238? Want to be sure before I order. Thank you.

I just bought this house with a broken sliding door lock broken.

We have no idea what brand sliding glass door contractor put in and they told us they don't keep records past 10 years.

I'm looking for the correct model latch for my sliding glass door. It's been I've 10 years but I think it might be Metal Industries mfg door.ThanksChuck.

The lock and latch from the sliding glass door in the pictures needs to be replaced. The lock has fallen out and the lever that latches the door has broken. The only markings on the door I can find are SGD-LC25-96 X 82. The mechanism/handle is 7" high.

door is 2" thick and screws are 5" apart. says made in New Zealand with letters IT on lock mechanism. what do you suggest?

I have a 2013 Thermotwin Glass Sliding door and the handle has broken as shown in the following pictures. Do you have a replacement handle or something that would take its place?Thank You,David

I ordered the 82-238 to replace my broken mortise lock along with what I think is an 82-080 handle but they don't seem to fit together. What I think was the 82-080 came with a striker and a different double hook lock. Should I re-order the 82-080 that doesn't have the double hook lock? ... (cont.)

I'd like to replace the outside lock handle on this door with a keyed lock handle. The door is by Certainteed from the early 2000's.

Only the sliding glass door handle is broken apparently because of a broken screw and the lock works well. There is about 5 inches between the two interior screws with the handle mechanism falling half way between on the interior of the door. It has a nickel finish

Hello, We just purchased the 82-081 handle set for patio doors. The hand set fits like it should. However, the mortise lock holes do not line up with the handle set. Do you have any suggestions? Pictures attached. Do you have a mortise lock set that fits the handle?

I need the central latch (doorLatch.jpg & doorLatch2.jpg). The top & bottom latches are good. They are ganged to the central latch via a flat rod that mates with pins. Have a 2010 series 5621/5631. Would like to add a lock to be able to open from the outside. Ideally a smart and/or programmable, but don't see those as options quite yet for sliders, so a key likely the best next bet...
