It has a number 31850 with a marking "truth" and also a marking that looks like a house with an arrow pointing up at the peak of the house.

The original is broken. The first picture is what it's supposed to look like.

it has a G-U symbol with two diagonal arrow heads next to the G-U. The first arrowhead is larger then the second one. There is also a clock of some sort that has an arrow pointing towards the nine.

I am looking for, a casement hinge that is just the metal bar with the shoe on one end. It is 8.5 inches long. the operator is 39-315 and the bracket is 39-514 thanks Rick

The "Birds eye" view is the right-hand working unit. I need the left. Attached please find pictures of the left crank. The body is cracked (near the handle) and difficult to operate. If any more are needed please let me know. Best regards, Danny

I think the arm won't stay secure because the plastic guides are broken? I also need new cranks bc the old ones are stripped. Can you help me find the right parts?
