I have casement windows, circa 1982-84, that have cranks that have failed. I need both left and rights. From what I have found, US patent number 4.241.541 1982 and on the short arm is etched number 31538. Long arm is approx 9 1/2" and short arm approx 3 1/2" to swivel then 4"

How long are the screws that are typically used to mount the operator? I ill have to get in there with a ratcheting 90 degree screwdriver, as the gap where the screws are is not very tall. is there a video specific to awning operators? the site will not let me add a photo of what I have. ...
