Hi! I have Harvey windows. They are tilt windows and when I was cleaning them apparently they were uneven and I broke a couple. I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks Tara

I have several vinyl insert replacement tilt-in windows with twisted sash pins and shoes. The only part ID I can make out looks like R1658 on the pins. Any help figuring out the right make (if there is a substitute i could make work, that would be fine also). Thanks! -Jay

Could you please confirm which bar I need to buy in order to replace the broken one in my window pictures? Also, are there instructions as to how to change out the bar once I've ordered the correct one?

Not sure what the technical term for the part is, but it is the metal piece that allows the lower window to fold open so that it can be removed. On the part there is a the following part number, I presume: 2369R. The picture shows the part broken. The end was flush but it twisted and broke off ... (cont.)

Hi, Attached pixx of unbroken sash bar. Cannot find the window manufacturer. I believe the bar is part of an assembly and attached to plastic piece that gets inserted into corner. Can you please try to help me figure out a replacement part ? Thanks, Tony

Hoping you'll be able to match this up. Have a lower tilt-in sash that both of the pivot bars are broken off. Pic is of one of them. Can't find a brand name anywhere on the window. Pivot bar has two numbers on it 9734 on the "hook end" and 1 2823 between the screw holes. Overall measures about about ... (cont.)

I need new spring balances for 2 windows as well as one replacement foot. # 3340, 9/16 w, 1/2 D, 34"L. need new foot also.windoe are probably 20#'s.

Harvey has the part but ordering it is another story, they suggested I contact you. I've attached a snapshot of the part that I found on their site. Do you have this for sale? Reading other posts it looks discontinued. Any suggestions?
