The metal piece on the side of the window that slips into the metal groove of the guide part that slides the window up and down got twisted and broke on both sides. Is this part possible? Thank you.

Hello, I have 7 Regency windows with various broken pivot shoes and even more broken pivot pins. I know the pivot feet are 26-164 ( Part has #2369R) on it. Not 100% on what shoes and retainers I need. Can you confirm for me that I need 15-056 anfd 15-105?

Trying to replace a pivot lock shoe(s) on Harvey tilt window. Picture includes model and warranty in size all that stuff! I'm looking for this part. I have a few windows that the pin (u shape part) broke off of the windows so they don't stay up now. I have to put a stick in the window frame to hold open the window. Could you please tell me what this is called? Thanks

I'm not sure of the manufacturer of these older windows but the windows are still good except for the fact that one of the feet at the bottom of the sash that fits into the tensioner snapped. I have three of these that broke, one is a left and two are right hand sides. The pivot shoes are alright but I am missing two retainers, one is shown. The pivot bar, when not broken off, has a sort of C shape hook to it.

This part is attached at the bottom of the lower sash and is used to connect the window to the pulley mechanism. Thanks Alan
