Truth operating arm looks like 39-253LB. I can't identify these 2 small brackets that we're screwed to the under side of the PGT window Any idea what they are?

I ordered few days ago this part 2209634 is crank mechanism but I did not came in full I missing the part that goes to the window and the little robber to catch that part with the part that goes on the frame of the window in other world the crank mechanism.

Giesse single arm with end pin that connects in the plastic slider on bottom of sash.

The arm that allows the casement window to open or close is coming loose because the clip that holds it in place is missing. It's a very small piece and when it dropped on the ground, I couldn't find it.

The part with the threads on it is a little too small for my window. Do you have a little bigger size?

Can I use the 39-253RB as a replacement for the casement arm as shown in the pictures? Do I need extra parts?

Something is striped on each window I can manually open each window about 3 inches then the crank will work out and in but it won't crank it to close the final 3 inches.it looks I need a dual arm right and left.I hope your able to help

The window crank becomes disengage from the window track guide there at the longer end, as if there is some type cap that is missing from the tip of the crank that is inserted into the window guide. If there is a replacement guide that for the bottom track of the window that can be replaced please i ... (cont.)
