I have sash valancer with number 11600-17 on 1 side and the other side 11600-3 and another number B115#23985. Need a replacement part from company. Please let us know. Thank you.

Could not find anything other than 11600-17 on my balance. Double hung window, each glass measures 28.5" wide X 28" high. Which of your balances will work?

My old andersen window balance numbers don't match anything you have listed. The numbers I find on the old balance are; J15 5423 385. I also see another number 11600-17. Hi, I have an Andersen double hung window with a broken cord for the inside sash. 11600-17 is clearly stamped on both balance assemblies. 519 BJ35 is on both too. The right is also stamped 1190; the left is harder to read but looks like 1090. I assume both sides need replacing as the string is cut ... (cont.)

how the heck is the plastic piece across top of 11600-17 supposed to come out? we managed to get one out and see that there is a metal box on each side of top-- sash balance box, i guess. and how is that sash balance box supposed to come out? thanks!
