I order the 24-531 and it did not work for my window. Are you able to help with identifying the correct balance?

Both are stamped 11600-17 One is stamped J27 5#23 6-8 The other is stamped J27 5#23 6- can't tell Please help

Hi Tom, Trying to replace our window counter balance. all we see on the box are the #s J42-519- 4-88. I dint see anything that matches to order.

Top has faint 11600-2 Then lower right corner has: J46 5#23 5 79 Backside has 11600-3 These are left and right units from same window.

I need a replacement for my sash cord balance. The unit is marked "C15 5 27" and was manufactured by Andersen Bayport, MINN. Both the left and right units are marked the same.
