Hi, I have a client with these window crank mechanisms in their rental unit, but I couldn't find a brand name. I did find numbers printed on the bottom that said DP057509-00 then 04-03-06 which is probably the manufacturing date and then there is a 73816. There actual crank handle just sits in there ... I have enclosed a white crank handle and a Brady colored one. The white one and brassy are ciompatable to each. I cannot find in any Hardware store, can you help

Are these Milgard? We need new cranks They say HG05 and 2008U that might be the year. It seems about right.

Seeking for help to locate the replacement parts, handles (or operators) sets for both sides, left and right. From the window, I was able to locate a MFG label, attached, NAMI NFRC 100/200, SERIES: FDCSMT, MST: 2040. (I also attached an image with arms. Unfortunately, I cannot correct model of arm ... I have a broken crank -number OP05-1509. The hexagon piece broke off in the case so the window cannot shut properly and leaves a gap. The window was installed by a company named QualiTex in 2006 (San Jose or Canoga Park) No longer licensed. Receipt says 'Furnish and install new custom-made vinyl rep ... (cont.)

Can you help me find the replacement for my casement window operator. Attached is a photo of the current system. It is a right hand window, color beige. Unfortunately, I do not know the dimensions of the arm. It is a vacation rental, and I am currently away from the home.
