Hi, I just bought the house and discovered some window problems. I don't know the window brand, but I suspect Ashland. Just need the pivot lock but can't seem to find a replacement. Tried to indentify but no brand name to be seen.

I have this window balance that I need to replace. The only part # I can find is 21HD.

HelloI would like to order two window balancers S770-28B. However, the one in the photo has a bushing the top for a screw mount and the ones i am replacing have two rivots near the top for mounting. Is there a price differance? And how do i indicate that on the order? I also need four pivot shoes. T ... (cont.)

Photo 2615 is the broken part that fell out when I took bottom window out. The balancer has a blue/turquoise tip on it, 3/8 diameter. The spiral rod stilll has tension but the part it hooks onto, I believe, is what broke. I'm trying to figure out what part(s) I need to replace and how to do it. ... (cont.)

I have three (3) broken pivot shoes i need to replace, but cannot accurately identify the part. I hope you can help. Unfortunately, I am unable to remove the pivot shoe. Thank you.

Please help! I have up to 7 windows needing new parts but they don't have any MFG tags, parts numbers or anything to identify them. The first parts in question are these shoes. I am looking for replacements for this window part. It says 590 on it but not sure on the company. i would prefer one with a brake if possible( this does not have it). It's 21/8" long, 1/2" tall, 1 1/4" wide.

I am a contractor. I believe the windows are Hillman 400 series, Not sure about the name. Can barley make it out the 400 series is clear to read. The dimentions are 1/2" thick X 1-1/4" wide X 2-1/2" lenght. I did see a pivot-lock o0n your wedsite 15-888 but the length is only 2-1/8" ... (cont.)

Here are photos of my pivot lock shoe. The dimensions are 1.625" tall, 1.25" wide and 0.5" thick. Do you have something similar that will work? I don't know what brand of windows. The windows have spiral window balances.

I am trying to locate this spring assembly for my double hung window. It is 26" long and has a double spring (Smaller spring is inside the larger spring). The stamp on the balancer housing is"25DS 36." The balancer attaches with an inch long screw at the top.

The pivot shoe measures 2-1/6 H x 1-1/4 W x 9/16 D I have 4 windows with broken pivot shoes so I need to order 8 shoes but not exactly sure which of your assortment will match. Appreciate your help.
