I am looking for the 2 broken parts.

Trying to find a replacement for a broken shoe balance. It's about 30 years old.

I not even sure who made the windows.

I need to get the correct pivot lock shoe for a number of old windows that aren't working correctly. I have enclosed pictures of the pivot bars that are in the windows. need coil balance and the metal piece that is broken in the picture. Also how do you take them off when there is no spot to slide out. coil balance is 5/8- 26in length.

I have several windows at a vacation property that aren't working. I noticed that the piece that the sash fits into is broken. Are the trackes a standrard width? The window stays up. I have a NEWPRO window that needs a couple pivot shoes. As you can see by the attached picture it shows one that the shoe is good and has the spiral balance assemble attend to it. Looking for a pivot lock show for my NEWPRO vinyl double double hung window. I'm attaching 2 pics. One is good and shows the spiral balance spring attached to pivot lock. The 2nd picture as you can see is broken so now there no way to attach the spiral balance spring to it as the plastic part where ... (cont.)

The photo shows the broken metal piece on our double hung Alside windows that were installed in 1980. I need to get a replacement for it. Is product number 15-117 the correct part? The pivot bar is product number 26-226.

Not sure of this exact part. It's a pivot lock. Windows are 20+ years old. Vinyl. there is a cutout at the top to remove the part.
