Hello, I have several metal cams broken on my windows. I either need new cams (I can't pull out existing cams with pliers), or I buy entire shoe, although I don't know how to slide out shoe since there isn't cutout in the pvc channel. I need to replace the pivot bars and pivot shoes, but can't find them on your catalog. The pivot shoes on my problem windows have a cam that is open on top when the sash is tilted out 90 degrees allowing you to remove the sash.
