15-188 Pivot Lock Shoe, 1/2" Thick, Blue Brake

The shoe #15-188 with the blue brake seems to be identical to the one we have removed from our Seasonshield Window Series 5100 (single hung). Can you tell me if that is the correct replacement part?

Can you please tell me the name and part number for the part in the picture?

Looking for a Pivot Shoe for a Crystal Vinyl Replacement WIndow. The channel is 1 1/2 inches wide and 1/2 inch deep.

The last 2 pictures are of the part that is broken. I haven't been able to find that part anywhere & the broken part actually inserts into a plastic housing, as seen in a previous picture.
