No markings - really only need that metal part on top of the shoe assembly that holds the spiral spring. But I understand if the whole shoe assembly needs to be replaced. Unidentified window maker. Guess is 2000 or earlier. Without removal, basic dims are 2.10 height, 1.30 width. Can't tell color of brake.

The part on the left is a Pivot shoe from a 1999 Alside Ultramax Double hung Measures are: 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 2 1/8" Night Latch part measures: 9/16" front to back, 3/8"w x 2" face, 1/4"wide core.
