I noticed yesterday that one of my window was not closing properly. This is how I realize that a part was broken... There are no names or numbers on these parts 1/2 thick 1 1/4 wide Overall length about 2 Pivot has open slot on one end and is oval on other end

I know this is a shoe, but I am not sure the right kind of shoe to purchase? Can you tell based on the shape of this? Also, the silver nut inside the plastic part does not come out, correct? I'm wondering if I just need a new silver nut or if I need to replace the plastic part also. Thank you!! ... (cont.)

2-1/2inches tal x 1-1/4 wide by 9/16 thick minimum at brake. Frame of pivot block is like nylon. Cast aluminum or pot metal for pivot and hanger catch for spiral style spings. Locking pad is off white or white. Your part # 15-188 & 15-178 are almost them same. Will they work? If not will you please ... (cont.)

What do you recommend for this pivot shoe?

I need 8 channel balances to fix 4 of my dandid windows. The mfr code is Dan-1. Will this info work or do I need to take a channel balance out of the window?

Hi Swisco, I need to purchase several pivot shoes that will work with the pivot bar in the picture. I previously purchased the 15-135 locking pivot shoe, but my pivot bars do not fit in the cam. Any suggestions on which pivot shoe will work with my pivot bars? t Thanks.

The shoe #15-188 with the blue brake seems to be identical to the one we have removed from our Seasonshield Window Series 5100 (single hung). Can you tell me if that is the correct replacement part?
