1. pivot bar ID 2 Shoe: The best we can tell is it is 2 3/32" long; 1 1/4" wide; 1/2" thick. The pictures are in either this email or the second one titled Window Info- Wolf 2 3. Spiral balance: They are 3/8 " wide- so series 900. Does this mean the same length will fit in all the windows ... (cont.)

One broken balance and other spiral balance came loose from the pivot shoe. Best I can measure with it still installed is 2-1/8 high by 1-1/4 wide by 17/32 thick. From underneath I can see the brake is blue. Determined S600-24 for spiral balance. Not sure if I should choose the 1/2 thick with bl ... (cont.)

I need 4 of the pieces reflected on the pictures attached to replace parts for 2 Window Mart windows. As you can see the metal part of the base piece (seat) has been damaged and spiral coil balance will not attach to it. Please let me know if you have these parts and how much they are. Thanks Chi ... Can you tell me if you carry the related shoe to part #26-446 that isn't for a constant force coil ? Existing window has block & tackle sash balance. I'd like to repair just the shoe and pivot without having to retro fit a coil balance on top of it. Thank you, Cory

This shash bar fits into lower sash window frame... it is square, metal 13/16 long, square barrel 6/16, head diameter 6/16

Went to clean screen - should have just let the cobwebs alone!!! Pivot Shoe broke - probably both. Pivot Bar missing - then broke the other side taking it apart. Can you tell me what I need to fix? The part is from a Uniframe vinyl window. I'm guessing the window is about 10 years old. It is on the bottom window.

Need some help, my pivot window will not stay up. It looks like I have a couple of broken plastic parts that the spirals latch onto. Can you review and let me know if the pictures are good enough to establish what parts they are.
