Hello- In the past, I have purchased your Part # 15-067 which is no longer made. Your 15-118 has been recommended as a replacement but frankly I do not like what I see as to the way it is designed. The shoe is approx 2 in by 5/8 In by 1 1/8. The spiral spring is 28 inches long and the diameter of it was around 7/16. These windows are vinyl from 2001. Can't figure out manufacturer. Looking for replacement parts and prices.

One broken balance and other spiral balance came loose from the pivot shoe. Best I can measure with it still installed is 2-1/8 high by 1-1/4 wide by 17/32 thick. This shash bar fits into lower sash window frame... it is square, metal 13/16 long, square barrel 6/16, head diameter 6/16

Went to clean screen - should have just let the cobwebs alone!!! Pivot Shoe broke - probably both. Pivot Bar missing - then broke the other side taking it apart. Can you tell me what I need to fix?
