Egress window latch is missing. Broke off. This is a 4200 series window with crank to open. Latch must be engaged to open and engaged when closed to lock shut. I need the replacement?

Do you have a latch to fit my application? Looks like your 38-096 but your finger dimension 1 5/8 on mine is 1 3/8.

This window is in our master bedroom upstairs and it doesn't open. The lock is broken on the side. Where can I buy and replace a new lock instead of having to change the entire window case? Ordered the 38-138 however the design is slightly different therefore does not really fit. please see the attached picture. Let me know if you have another version that could be closer from my existing one (the one at the bottom is the one I am trying to replace)

I can find a name on the window. "Truth 31272" is stamped on the hinging arm that opens the window. The handle broke off when locking the window and I'm trying to determine if I can but a replacement unit.
