In both pictures I show the inside and outside of the parts

mounting holes look to be 3 13/16, entire length 4 5/58 handle length 3

I have a garden window where the LH lock broke and the handle. I saw your 38-100 assembly and 38-099 but they are only 4" where mine is closer to 4.5". Do you have a something similar for both the locks (RH and LH) and the removeable handle?

Hello - based on the measurement of the "fork", I *think* I need the Roto Multi-Point Lock, 37MM Fork. However, at first I thought I needed the Maxim Multi-Point Lock, Medium Slider. From my picture, would you agree? The fork measurement is much closer to 1 1/2" (seems to be about 1 7/16"). Than ... (cont.)

The items you have appear to be similar but not quite the same dimensions. Blade length for example, 1 3/8 in vs 1 5/8 in. I suppose the one you have may work.

Does the casement lock comes threaded? Or are you required to buy the self tapping screws?

I have sent 3 pictures from an operable window lock mechanism for Milgard crank windows. I need to replace two that have a broken lock handle. Am I correct in assuming that the lock handle will fit either left or right locking?
