Hello, I am looking for the latch actuator shown in the pictures. The height is about 3 and 7/8" measured from the top screw to the bottom screw and latch depth is 1 and 5/8".

The right side window latch on this bay window broke when I was attempting to lock it. One picture is the other latch, intact. Second is the broken off handle and the interior parts. Can you help me identify this lock type? The screw holes measure 3 3/4" center to center. The whole unit measures 4 1/2" in total length (could be 4 9/16).

Hi, I need 6 new cranks and 4 new hinges. Thank you, Are you able to identify these parts? I'm having a difficult time getting anyone out to look at them to make sure I order the correct parts. I need hinges ( I think for 2 windows and about 6 cranks for the other windows.

It appears both handles broke although I can jury rig them in to lock or unlock. Prefer obviously to get new ones. There is a back outside plastic plate which on one was snapped off so hoping it comes with that piece of plastic. I do have a few windows which need replacement spiral window balance ... (cont.)

Our casement window Lock is not functioning - that is, it moves up and down freely without moving any mechanism. Thus, window cannot be cracked open. How can this be fixed without removing the window? Greatly appreciated. Dave

I have a Vetter crank out window installed in 2004 that the window lock broke on. The window is in the closed position and I can't open it. Is there replacement parts and how can I get it opened?
