I am looking for this lock assembly. Patio door is made by Jeld Wen the front of this lock assembly measures 10 inches and the rear part measures 9 1/2 inches. Thank you for all your help

Good afternoon! I purchased this sliding door and lock set mechanism from Lowe's a few years ago and the locking mechanism has failed. Was curious if you guys Carried a replacement for it? One of the latches has seized in the lock position. Thanks for your time!Cameron

I'm not sure of the brand of door or lock. This is on a sliding/gliding glass patio door. The door construction is vinyl and glass.I purchased one lock from you already, based on measurements, but it was wrong.Any help would be greatly appreciated!!Justin

The latching mechanism on my patio door locks easily but frequently it is very difficult to unlock. We installed the door a number of years ago and I have no idea what brand door it is. The handle is approximately 13" long and maybe and inch to 1.5" wide. Thanks

I need a three striker lock. Mortise multi lock replacement is not my area of expertise but based on these pics I can tell I need three of those locks to replace the broken one I have. How do I find that? The handle is in place and the the striker pad (? Keeper?) is still there on the solid glass d ... (cont.)

No existing equipment. Mortise screw holes are 9" apart, total width is 1" and patio handle holes are 4" apart. Looking for mortise lock set and patio handles. Please advise.

My sliding door patio lock needs to be replaced. The locking mechanism is not opening or closing properly. The latch doesn't properly open or close the lock. The Door lock is 9.25" long. Can you please advise what latch/lock I would need to replace it with? Thanks!

I'm looking for a replacement sliding glass door handle and lock

The latching mechanism (in the door) stuck and broke when attempting to unlock. The lock itself seems fine.

Need help replacing the mortise lock for my glass door. I am not sure which one of the locks is the correct one to use.

Only thing I find on it for markings are PAT# 5,820,179 and PAT# 6,264,252

There are no markings on the handle or hardware. There are also no markings on the door except guardian in the top corner of the glass

This may be from a Harvey sliding door. According to the measurements it looks like it may match up to a 82-249 keeper. There is a patent number on the lock that is 5820.170. Would like to know if you think this keeper is the one to order. Thanks
